Missing screws

Specs on size correct. Seems to screw/unscrew smoothly, and ridges on underside keep adhesive spread well. Be careful not to screw too tightly to hull -- looks like two of the screws I put in stressed the plastic which looks like it may crack at these stress points over time.

Hole size is 4-1/2 inch, outer diameter is 5-3/4 inch, screw to screw diameter is 5-1/8 inch, and plate is 4-7/16 inch.
