My 25 year old Dry Launch lights began showing signs of fatigue where the internal plastic mechanism had become brittle and no longer was usable even after attempts at “Super Gluing”, so it was time to replace these “tried and true” lights the external plastic case still remained as new and I wished that DL would have offered an internal replacement only. Since I was pleased with their trouble-free longevity (only used in fresh water), I therefore opted to replace them with the same Dry Launch lights. This newer version, although not significantly different in design than the older version I was delighted to see that internal mechanism was a sturdier rendition.
