I ordered this item for a boat, then sold the boat before they arrived. I had no issues paying the return shipping, because this was my choice. I simply wanted to get my money back for an item that I did not need. However, after following their VERY complicated return procedures, I shipped the item back in plenty of time, but was told by iboats that my return authorization was expired. So basically what happened, they took my item back, put it on the shelf, then told me that they never got it. DO NOT TRUST iBOATS!!! I have since bought a new boat, and will be buying ALL my parts from Jamestown Distributors or West Marine. I will never do business with these ripoff artists again...
