No this will not work. That number is superseded to 3856596 and we do not have that available at all.

This is the right trim pump that matches up with your engine, but we do not have the information on the thread pitch.

Will this fit my 1986 bayliner Capri?

We will need to know the motor to find the correct pump assembly. However this wouldn't work because it works for Volvo Penta SX drives which started in the 90's.
