Have the 1976 190 omc would like a conversion kit for exhaust manifolds and a idea on what it will cost me and if possible what is included in a kit like this thank you so much?

For conversion kits you will need to contact BRP who owns OMC to see what parts are recommended to convert.

What are the bolt hole dimensions?

Sierra does not have bolt hole dimensions unfortunately. It is only cross referenced by OEM number. OEM number for this package is 20-0082-P.
