Wrong part

When it arrived it was not the correct part as the wording was not clear and the picture did not show enough detail. We were informed in order to get a refund we would need to pay for the shipping. We thought this was unfair. Your prices are reasonable and we would like to do business with you, but with the return policy that you have in place we will not be a returning customer.
