Hard to find part at a good price

Transom Seal # 909527

I bought one of these about 3 years ago and had installed by a professional mechanic at the cost of $550.00 plus the seal. It now leaks agian and I have to go back and replace it agian. The first one I replaced was the original seal and would not have needed to be replaced except someone cut it. This one has cracked in one of the folds under the stern drive where it cannot be damaged by outside means.
