Great strap and hook.

This strap did a great job of replacing the existing strap that was old and deteriorating. No problems installing to the existing winch. So far it is doing everything that it is advertised to do.

Shipped wrong length

Ordered the 20' and was shipped the 12' instead. First time I have gotten a mis shipped item from IBoats. Other than that was fine.
