I'm extremely displeased with the return system. It took three telephone calls to get my email explaining the return process and return number. The instructions are a hassle and it appears they are looking for any excuse to not return your money. This is the most difficult online company I have dealt with and I purchase continually online. As of today I know my product is in their possession and I have not heard from them in any regard.
