Flush your money down the toilet instead of fighting with this item. I bought the hydrofoil the stabilizers together. The hydrofoil is concave but the stabilizers are flat, so the surfaces don't mate. I drilled holes in the hydrofoil as instructed before noticing, so now have holes in my new foil. I can't imagine why the manufacturer wouldn't notice this and resolve the issue, but it's another U.S. company with a "screw the customer" attitude.
