Required Shims, but works great.

When I installed mine on my 73 Evinrude it was too tight on the flywheel and the motor wouldn't turn over. After i loosened the bolts it turned the motor just fine. I was able to shim the starter away from the flywheel to achieve proper clearance so that it works as it should.
