Standard Series Seat Slide & Swivel 7" Travel - Garelick

When you measure the pre-drilled holes in your seat before ordering you will find that they are off the swivel base's listed dimensions by about a quarter inch. Don't ignore it....it's true! I had to hand file the openings in the base to be able to insert the screws. Attempts to address this with Garelick failed...they acknowledge that it is the right base for the seat indicated but have nothing to say about the fit discrepancy. There is also a difference in hardware between the instructions and the shipped hardware...I was promised a replacement part in the mail three weeks ago and it hasn't arrived so I've had to fabricate a replacement. This is all on Garelick. I know it's frowned upon in the instructions above, but under the cir tances it would be wrong to leave it unsaid: iboats shipping was fast, price was very competitive and they sent the right product (new and in a sealed container).

the product works perfect, as they describe it in specifications, almost could say that major than the original bases work, also have to say that they are strong

Very pleased showed up in timely manner and when I happened to find it at a different site cheaper they refunded the difference without any problems

A big improvement from my last seat swivel. Well worth the investment!
