Wise boat seat and pedestal

The quality of the seat and cushions are very good. The pedestal is not of the same quality. I am replacing the pedestal and the bolt holes are not the same. I can either fill and then tap new ones or purchase just a pedestal. Also the base of the pedestal is a heavy brushed finish that will not allow waxing. I am sure after a season of use in salt water it will not look great. Great chair, lousy pedestal. I will probably put it on Craig's list and buy a better quality pedestal
