Arrived in 2 days, easy replacement without having to buy a whole new glove box.

I don't get I order a part tells me it will be here September 27 th I paid 10 more for 2 day and still getting it on the 27 th why did I pain 10 more getting it on the same day it's not right now hopping it will not be broken becouse I'm saying this

The replacement lock was a perfect fit for my glove box and was easy to install with a Phillips head screwdriver.

This makes around the 4th or 5th time I have contacted you on this purchase. Like I have stated all the times before when I purchased this Lock and Key assembly. I thought like any body would think that all the things needed to install it would come with the purchase. The only thing wrong with my old one was that the lock washer that fastened it to the lid was old and rusty and broken I tried to buy that part at many places just to find out you could not just buy that part. So I went on line and bought the hole assembly to fix my problem but since I did not receive the lock washer with the lock and key assembly I was left in my boat with out any water. If you know what I mean???? So I went back on line and called your company and was told to send it back for a refund, I all so bought the other lock and key assembly you had right under the one I bought and when I received it the part that went through the lid was a much bigger bore then my lid was so there I was left high and dry again for the fact I DO NOT want to drill my hole out bigger and would like to keep my boat close to stock. After checking on what it coast to resend the products back I would not come out but a couple dollars ahead. So I fell like I am left HIGH AND DRY again. Just a simple $2:00 lock washer would solve my problem but can not seem to be able to get one for some reason or another. It looks like to me that since you manufacture these products I could get a simple little lock washer from you. The 2nd lock and key assembly came with a washer and a nut why not the first one. I have bought other things from you and was planning to buy many more in the future. I just do NOT like being left HIGH AND DRY. John David Lynch
