Stainless Steel Gas Spring Mounting Ball Stud, 9/16" Length - Attwood

I got these for back-up replacement. From experience, these are the areas that will break over time. They appear to be well made. They come in packages of 2, which wasn't mentioned on the web site, so we have more than ample supply (which isn't such a bad thing).

I purchased two Attwood gas spring shocks for my engine compartment. They wouldn't fit the existing mounts so I called I-Boats. I then ordered these ball studs to mount the gas springs. They were too small. I received authorization to return them for credit but, none of your staff was able to figure out the correct size for the gas springs they had sold me. I still can't use the shocks and I guess I'll have to contact Attwood to get the correct size ball studs. Not what I would call good customer service. Your staff should know these or be able to direct me to a place where I could find them. After you sold the shocks there was never any follow through even after one of your staff said she would find out the right size and e-mail me the ordering info. Sinmple problem but apparently it stumped your staff.

Doesn't come with nuts or washes, but it's a nice price for stainless studs. It should say it's for a pack of two.
