Stainless Steel Gas Spring Mounting Ball Stud, 9/16" Length - Attwood

I purchased two Attwood gas spring shocks for my engine compartment. They wouldn't fit the existing mounts so I called I-Boats. I then ordered these ball studs to mount the gas springs. They were too small. I received authorization to return them for credit but, none of your staff was able to figure out the correct size for the gas springs they had sold me. I still can't use the shocks and I guess I'll have to contact Attwood to get the correct size ball studs. Not what I would call good customer service. Your staff should know these or be able to direct me to a place where I could find them. After you sold the shocks there was never any follow through even after one of your staff said she would find out the right size and e-mail me the ordering info. Sinmple problem but apparently it stumped your staff.

Doesn't come with nuts or washes, but it's a nice price for stainless studs. It should say it's for a pack of two.
