Poor workmanship and quality control

When I received the solenoid I noticed that a nut on one of the control posts (small post) was cross threaded and screwed down so about two threads were showing above the nut. I installed the solenoid and tried to put the nut on correctly after attaching the wire. The post broke while screwing down the nut. There was just enough left to attach the wire.

Solenoid- and i learned a lessen

Your product came quick and worked. Very satified. I made a mistake though. A week later and l honestly was paying attention too who l was ordering from I ordered a ignition for the same boat. (except i ordered from somebody else) Never again!!! I paid extra money for 2 day shipping and never got it for a week!! What was the point of me paying extra money for shipping when they did'nt even ship it for 4 days!!!! NEVER AGAIN!! I bought a prop from you about a year ago and got that quick, lined right up, no problems!! Iboats.com get ALL my business from now on. (and i tear up) hahahaha!!! Thanks Again!!
