While installing the wire to the left-side terminal, using a 1/2 rachet box wrench, the plastic broke all around the solenoid.I don't believe the lock washer was even seated and I was only applying two finger pressure to the wrench. when I removed the solenoid from the engine the solenoid fell apart completely. Return authorized and hoping the response is not "installer failure" as I have been working on machines for 41 years.
