I asked customer service at i-boats repeatedly for shipping information, I did not get a definitive answer but an ambivalent one. I requested that a supv. call me, he did not. I never received a shipping notification from i-boats. I called the production plant Rush-Co directly, they researched the status and called me back. Why is i-boats in the middle for mediocre service? Finally,my credit card was charged immediately where I should have been billed at shipping. This was not a custom order.
