These letters are very difficult to apply. I purchased them to put my registration ID on my fiberglass boat. The results are not impressive. The letter are made of very thin vinyl, so as soon as I got near the hull, the decal would be attracted to the hull, usually in the wrong place. Repositioning the letters is nearly impossible, because when the letters are removed from the boat, they curl tightly, making correct positioning even more difficult. Making it even harder is the fact that these particular letters have a bit of a slant, and if they don't all slant identically (as mine don't), it is really noticeable. The end result is something that looks pretty shoddy. I'll be pulling these off and replacing with a custom-printed one-piece application. (I bought one here at iBoats for my boat's name, and it looks great!) I'll leave these letters for more artistically folks...
