Size was not Correct

Product was too small and you guys did not have correct size in stock. I measured my poles with a micrometer and shopped accordingly. When I e-mailed the problem I was notified that this was the only size you guys carried. You were able to provide to me the correct part number so I could order elsewhere but the 4 I got from you did not fit. Buzz Rosson.

Measurement not accurate

"3/4" measures 5/8 diameter. Must be pipe size not actual part size. Would be nice if the description had actual part dimensions.

I got part number f50061227 from you and it is too small. What is next size up and part number?

This manufacturer does not have a size up. Next size is 7/8" though such as part number 273181-1.
