After ordering the repair manual for the Johnson/Evenrude outboard motors and recieving the rewind spring for my 9.9, It only took me 1/2 hr. too take the starter out and replace the rope spring. The manual was right on the money with its directions. Thanks iboats for shipping the orders promply. Dan
