Cover Reinforcement
by Andrew from Palmyra, Virginia on February 10, 2018
I just used it to reinforce the area around my trolling motor and over my windshield. It is very sticky so one must be careful when applying it. It may take another set of hands to hold the cover flat while you apply it. I used about half of it on my 20 foot long boat cover. I will hold on to the remainder once I notice places where the cover might wear prematurely.

Cover Reinforcement Kit - ENDURACover
by Rick from Gulfport, Mississippi on July 09, 2017
I bought this to protect my new cover from the square tubing on my bimini tops. The self stick works to hold it in place on the cover but don't know how long the adhesive will hold up under Southern coastal heat. It was easy to cut to the size I needed but seems thinner than I expected. For now it seems to be OK but I will put something (1" pipe insulation) on my square tubes to act a cushion as well.

Nice product - Easy to use
by Thomas from Pocasset, Massachusetts on November 01, 2016
The reinforcement cloth is nice quality. You just cut whatever size you need, peel off the paper backing and stick it on. Easy. I used it on my cockpit cover.

Boat cover
by Peter from Athens, Georgia on January 25, 2016
This was a generic fit for my old early 80s Cimmaron 15 foot fishing boat. Actually considered it a tri hull. The fit is very good. The quality of the material is fantastic. I actually even like the color. Now let's see how I feel about it in three or four years.

Great Cover for the Price
by E-J from Mattawan, Michigan on June 27, 2014
This cover was used for my Boston Whaler Center Console and after I received it and put it on my boat was pleasantly surprised about the fit. The cover is well made and fit like a true custom cover with minor slack areas (which could be pulled taught when using the supplied tie-down straps). This cover is worth more than its cost and I highly recommend it. The seamed draw rope and engine cover makes this a great "mooring" cover and with the tie down straps the cover stays on great at highway speeds. Again I recommend this "custom" cover to anybody and have gotten many comments about which "local" canvas shop made it and the questioners couldn't believe it when I said bought on the internet from a non OEM supplier. Great cover for the expense.

carver boat cover
by sam from Lake City, South Carolina on May 23, 2014
This cover was to cover my Triton 170 DS SC, but does not fit very well. My motor is a 90 Mercury optimax and it stretches very tight and leaves gaps between the boat and the cover on the back and sides. The quality of the material is very good, but I think this cover is made to fit another boat not as wide as mine. The agent checked and the number with the company that it was ordered from (Carver) was correct to the boat I own. I'm just going to live with it. I have recently ordered a Bimini top from IBoats, so I didn't blame iboats for this, they were very helpful.

Very easy to use, just cut, peel and place wherever you have extreme contact with items or bad corners of your cover where it might wear through. Nice way to more customize your cover and make it last longer.

this product does not stick as well as it should. It wants to peel off easily. I think that the adhesive should be improved.

Reinforcemnet kit no good
by Thomas from Derby, New York on September 27, 2011
No good, waste of money. Did not stick to brand new cover just out of the box. Difficult to place on cover without wrinckles, especially around corners. When I pulled the cover off the first time all the Reinforcements came off some stuick to the boat making a mess. Looks poor. I then made "reinforcement" by using foam pipe insulation over the lip of my windshield. I used the foam around my trolling motor blade and keel, it has to be tied in place simple to do. I used the foam at the rear corners of the boat just slip it in place before securing the cover. One 8 foot piece of foam insulation will handle all you have on a boat if you need two pieces it won't break the bank at a couple bucks. The foam insulation is very durable does not make a mess like glue from the reinforcement kit.

adhesive needs to be better
by Stanley from Ann Arbor, Michigan on July 18, 2011
The product concept, material and ease of use is great. The adhesive never really stuck to the cover and the re-enforcment just rolled off. I ended up using gorilla tape to hold it in place. Works-but looks tacky.

Cover Reinforcement Kit - ENDURACover
by Michael from Gahanna, Ohio on July 06, 2011
The kit was as described. The glue backing is very sticky so be careful is does not touch itself or you will never get it off and onto the canvas. We will have to see how it holds up in the sun and heat to make a final judgement but so far so good....
