Works good but.....

The product works OK and has plenty of power. When you use it you hear a terrible grinding sound and you think it's defective. But that's apparently normal. My one complaint is that often times when you push the button on the remote to start the motor it doesn't start. You sometimes have to push the button five or six times to get the motor to run. When you call support they will tell you to put a new battery in the remote. That may work sometimes but the problem also happens with a new battery in the remote. The second step is to re-program the remote. I did that once and it seemed to work because the winch started reliably the next several times I wanted to use it but then the problem returned so I dont know.
