This is for item #11941 single on-off switch with two screw connectors. I bought it to replace an older identical switch that was made in Taiwan. This one is made in China. In order for the switch to be put in its full off position, you need to partially unscrew the plastic knob so it is only about halfway on, so the shaft can go all the way in. I ended up using just the new knob on the old switch, which had much smoother and accurate action. Not recommended.
