Mount broke just by finger tightening the clamp screw.. Light is build very well and floats.. Which I know because clamps fail..

I have had intermittent problems with the bow lights on my pontoon. I have found attaching these to the front of my pontoon an easier and cheaper fix than hiring an electrician to fix my pontoon bow lights problem.

The Bow Light worked great, but unfortunately to be used it had to be held by my daughter on our way in after dark, because the screw on the mounting bracket bent terribly when we were trying to install it. It was not a terribly difficult location to mount the bracket, but because it couldn't tighten at a completely flat angle (angle was only SLIGHTLY off), the main screw bent and twisted until the mounting bracket was unusable. Poor quality on the bracket, great quality on the light.
