used these for a kayak install. On the socket had issues with wires constantly coming out of the 'crimps' as well as the tighten screws stripping (which seems to be a common flaw). Trashed one plug, bought another locally (already had drilled hole in yak) and crimped and gorilla glued the wires in the crimps..So far so good but leery of it happening again...

How far apart are the 2 plugs center to center? The mast light plug is missing on ma Mac 26X. Mine are 5/16 center to center. Thanks!?

The manufacturer states that the 2 plugs are 1-1/4" apart center to center.
