    This fuel tank replacement project couldn't have gone any better.

    I purchased this Tank tye down kit along with a Moeller fuel tank. They worked excellent for a fast, easy, secure installation. The whole tank replacement was a piece of cake due to these iBoats products. My vintage Pacific Mariner is back on the water. Clogged fuel filters are a thing of the past.

    Not worth the money

    They really dont fit to the tank in any way that i expected. They require building something that you can fasten them to at the correct height. And if your going to go through the trouble to do that its easyier to secure the tank yourself.

    I purchased the Moeller tank that is 36"L 11.81W x 16.28H are these going to secure it to my deck? with no modifications?
    A:
    It depends on which Moeller tank you have purchased. This kit will work with any of Moeller's tanks that has notches in the sides for the brackets to fit into. If your tank does not have the notches in the side, you will need the cradle hold down kit #300110. Regardless of the kit used Moeller recommends using some kind of neoprene strip or other anti friction material under the tank to prevent the tank from vibrating/rubbing and causing damage to the deck of your boat.
