Does this include everything shown? The top, the post and the floor deck mount??
A:
Yes everything is included. Table, post, and base.
Q:
Does this require to cut a hole in the floor of boat to install? And if it doesn't how much of a lip does it have? Is it a trip hazard?
A:
No hole is required. It is about 1/8" tall at the base, towards center where post screws in is about 3/8". Springfield said it should not be a trip hazard.
