O rings for 5 1/2 Johnson fuel connector

Sierra part number 18-7111 will not fit the 1955 5 1/2 Johnson CD 12. The outside diameter is approximately .030 too large to fit into the connector. It is my understanding that the original OMC O ring was slightly smaller and they can possibly be found in some old strock. I am not complaining, I promptly received what I ordered. Just wanted to let you know that if someone orders this Sierra part number for a vintage Johnson 5 1/2 motor it will not fit. Jerry

No more leaks! Perfect!

The exact part needed to solve fuel connection leak for the old outboard pressure style gas tanks. Special o-ring that you can't just get anywhere. Iboats had them, and got them to me quickly with very reasonable shipping. Thanks Iboats!
