Non Locking T-Handle Surface Mount Latch - Perko

After receiving the Perko latch I found the offset cam shaft to be too short.I could only tell this after opening the blister pack that was sealed on the sides with staples.When I went online to fill out the return form there was a question about the item being opened.I called customer service when I was online and was told there was no problem with the return and would receive an authorization number in a couple days.After several days I received an email saying the return was denied since the package had been opened,so much for cutomer service.Thanks to the kindness of a regional rep for Perko I now have the right latch on the way.I will never buy from iboat again and I warn you to be careful with any purshase you make.
