Paid for but never received item
by Doug from Northern Bruce Peninsula, Ontario on August 26, 2017
I have been waiting for the item I ordered for over a month now. Still nothing. Very disappointed with the non-existant delivery. Can't very well rate the item if it never arrived. Right now I feel I have been scammed. If the item ever arrives I will revise my review but at this point I paid for the item and over a month have received nothing. POOR service in my mind. I have complained twice and still a replacement has not been sent. Doubt I will ever order from this company again and certainly cannot recommend this company to any others.

Wrong Nut
by Robert from Eagan, Minnesota on July 18, 2016
I purchased this because I was hoping to not only replace but to upgrade my existing prop nut. the Nut that is pictured above was not what was sent. I received just the typical standard motor guide nut. which is fine. I needed one to get my trolling motor working again it just would have been nice to receive what was pictured and described. I'm not writing this in the hopes of getting free stuff. Just so you guys are able to correct this in the future

Q:
WHAT IS THE THREAD ON THE PROP NUT?
A:
This is an actual prop wrench, not a prop nut. You can take your prop nut into a local hardware store to match up or we would need to know Motorguide model.
