I just finished tarping my 20 ft. pontoon yesterday. I was a little late getting to it as Hurricane Sandy set us all back. Over all a great product. I had some difficulty fitting the "AB" top main horizontal arms into the "C" holes on each end. It was very tight/snug and I was afraid I might break something. It would slide in sideways but hard to rotate upright so I could put the "F" piece on correctly. (Hope this makes sense.) Also I wish the instructional DVD would have give some ideas how to best hoist the tarp up onto the framing structure. I was doing this alone. Almost an impossible task to attempt "solo" since the tarp was so massive and heavy. I did get it done though but had to use a few choice cuss words along the way. Also how best to fasten the ends flaps of the tarp down securely would have helped. Your instruction booklet was a great step-by-step help. Sure was nice to get a Canadian product vs. another product made in China! Thanks for you well designed and unique product.
