Iboats did a great job sending out my new trolling motor. It arrived in good condition and was actually a day early. After mounting the motor, I found there was an electrical problem in the speed control switch. The switch on this model has numbers 1-5. When I put the switch on #3, it gives very little power. This will be addressed by a Minn-Kota certified tech after the fishing season ends. This problem is a Minn-Kota issue, not IBoats.
