This is a Springfield pedestal, you cannot mix and match manufacturer's pedestal series.

My lund has Swivel-eze pedistal bases , will this work with my Lund Rebel ?

No you cannot mix and match manufacturer pedestal series. You will either need a new base or match up Swivel Eze pedestal.
