You guys sent me the completely wrong color--I received black instead of blue colored bow eyes. I sent you an e-mail to this effect approx. 10 days ago and never received a reply. Yet, you continue to ask for my survey opinion. Well, you got it--two thumbs down for both of my incorrectly colored bow eyes. Either send me the correct color or I'll just spread the poor word about your company to everyone I know.
