Can you provide the measurments for the mounting holes please? Replacing a jack that has a bolt pattern of 5 1/2" horizontal spacing and 3" vertical spacing and need to know if this fits. Replacing old Fulton magnum series swivel jack.?

Manufacturer confirms this fits 3, 4, or 5 inch frames. So the hole spacing can be 3.44, 4.44, or 5.44 inches. You can turn it 90 degrees and that is 5.44 inches.

Does this unit fit a 3" wide, 4" high trailer beam? Please describe the mounting hardware also. Thanks.?
