Hourmeter 12-24V - Teleflex Marine

Bought this guage as part of an overall referb on an older boat. This guage fogged within a few hours of installation. By the 2nd day it was unreadable due to the water that collected inside the guage. Iboats has been helpful but the return process is somewhat combersome. I had hoped that Iboats would send a replacement immediately and have me return the defective guage after reciept. But they do not send replacements, instead anything returned is credited and you repeat your purchase which is time consuming as they ask that you to allow 30 days for the process to complete. The positive is that once my credit is recieved, I can buy the same guage locally and if I have the same problem - I can simply return it and get a replacement or a different brand the same day.

I bought one of these from somewhere else but it's the exact same thing. It worked for 0.2 hours, then the indexer wheel (far right) got stuck and every time it clicked/indexed it just stayed where it was.
