I ordered two set of the rollers on a Tuesday, mid morning and the parts arrived the following day. That was on the regular shipping. Man that was nice. The only problem with assembling all of the rollers was I was missing some small hardware. The missing parts included 4 of the plastic washers, 4 small washers, 2 small nuts and 2 small bolts. Other than that they went togather just fine. John
