I am a new customer and found what I needed here. So I ordered a pump and was really pleasntly suprised to get it the following Monday. A++ for shipping. Bad part was the threads were cut partially and I could not install the fuel line tightly. So I requested an RA#. One week later and after mulitple calls I finally got one. I really needed this pump so I ordered another one. Again shipping was perfect and this pump seems to work properly. Now after 3 weeks I am still waiting for a credit to be issued but since it was out of the package??? Very poor way of doing business. Not sure if they will ever see anymore of my business. Their policy on returning defective parts is rediculous. Quick to take my business but extremely slow to correct mfg. defects if they do at all.
