Face Seal and tool

The parts were good and worked fine. I called for help before ordering and Travis(?) was extremely helpful in getting the right part.the only problem was shipping. I ordered Jun 1, given ship Jun 3 with deliver of Jun 9. I called on Jun 8 and nothing had shipped. I was told it would ship today. Shipped on Jun 9 rec Jun 15. UNACCEPTABLE service
