Economy Stowaway Combination Sidelight Light Base, 2-Pin, 0° Rake - Perko

I was just replacing an old base and this one did the trick. I like the form factor better than my old one.

This part is well made and sturdy,works well,and all that,BUT...Perko has changed it up a bit from the old one,where now the screw holes will not line up with the original holes from the earlier version of Perko base that I was replacing.Not exactly a 'plug-n-play' operation to install this.

I am quite satisfied with the light base. I purchased it to use with an Attwood pole light which I already had, and to replace a busted rail mounted light base on a deckboat I recently purchased. I had to build a base for it out of PVC in order to mount it on the rail and modify the pins slightly for the different brand pole light but it works excellently.
