I was very disappointed with your customer service. The day after I ordered 5 of these your company advertised a price decrease of $50 each. When I contacted your customer service, I talked to two of your reps and was essentially told, tough you won't get any empathy from us. The product came in loaded on a pallet though marked for residential delivery.
