Can these seat be purchased with locking storage?

Unfortunately no, these only come as shown in the pictures. We do not currently have any seats with locking storages available.

How are these seats affixed to deck? With screws?
A:
Yes you use screws. Wise does not provide them, but you can get them locally according to what you need for the deck of your vessel.
