They are not available in white or blue. This is single pole, double throw.

Does this switch come with 4 terminals? I need a momentary on off momentary on 20 amp 4 terminal switch to run two different macerator pumps?

No Seadog only sells the Contura Switch Rocker in a 2 blade, 3 blade, and 6 blade terminal.
