OUR CUSTOMERS WERE SUPER UPSET, WHICH LED TO TWO BAD INTERNET REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET FOR OUR SHOP NOT IBOATS AND WE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! THANK YOU IBOATS!!! WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND THOUGHT WE WOULD USE IBOATS BECAUSE OF PRICING. WHY DID IT TAKE 2.5 WEEKS FOR PARTS TO GET TO US? PRICE GOOD, BUT NOT WORTH IT IF DONT HAVE TIME AND WE ARE A REPAIR SHOP. SUMMER IS ALMOST OVER. WE JUST CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT WOULD TAKE SO LONG TO PULL AN ORDER OR PART PUT IT IN A BOX AND SHIP IT TO US ON THE WEST COAST??? 5 DAYS OK BUT 2.5 WEEKS? OUR CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN GOOD FOR 40 PLUS YEARS?????????? WE LEARNED OUR LESSON AND WILL PAY MORE TO THE LOCAL DISTRIBUTORS JUST TO STAY OFF THE BAD INTERNET REVIEWS.
