Chrysler Marine, Force, MES, OMC Sterndrive Cobra, Johnson, Evinrude, Crusader Replacement Solenoid SW774 - Arco

After arriving a few days late, solenoid was non functional. I called to try and get a quick exchange, only to be told there was no easy way to do this. Instead of trying to jump through hoops, I returned it for a refund and purchased it elsewhere. It's now a month later I still have not been refunded. I can't see doing business with iboats again, which is a shame because the forums are great.
