I had purchased one of these type of seats a few years back and have really enjoyed it. I'm updating my pontoon boat and wanted to replace seats with these. I anticipate that it will be a good choice.

Boat seat 98362-2 does it come with the seat plate?

It comes with T-nuts to install onto seat mount on a pedestal. It comes with everything you need to install onto the pedestal, but it does not come with any special mounting plate.
