I received the product sooner than expected which was a plus, however, although the product worked, the walls of the bushing were not even. One side was noticeably thinner than the other. Not sure if this was a second or not, for the amount paid it should have been better quality.

I am not sure whether the product deserves a "5" rating or not since this is a replacement bushing for a seat that has been in use for over ten years. It looks good and it fits and permits the use of the seat. More impressive however was the quick service which placed the thing in my rural mailbox in the morning of the 3rd day after I placed an email order. Great service! Bob Matthews
