Unsatisfied doesn't even BEGIN to describe how I feel about iBoats and Wise. I ordered the white and blue seat on March 27th. The seat that was recieved about 30 days later, was GRAY and blue. I called and informed iBoats. It took about 5 days for them to get back to us to tell us how to return it. Someone was to make an attempt within 3 business days to pick up the incorrect shipment. That was 15 days ago. The package is STILL sitting on my doorstep with the RA number written on it. Worse yet, Wise won't even make the CORRECT seat until this one is recieved, THEN it may take 30 days for shipping to sort it out and it will take Wise 20 days to make the seat that we ordered. So, we are potentially looking at 3 months AFTER the WRONG package is picked up to recieve a seat that we ordered over a month ago. HORRIBLE customer support all around. I have never been more unsatisfied with anything I have ever ordered. I will say that when I have called iBoats, the customer service team has been very friendly. Too bad they have ZERO support from their shipping department or suppliers.
