Incomplete!

I received my products but they came without any screws. I had to make couple of trips to home depot to find the right size screws! Can't believe I had to go through such a headache for something you would expect to see it in the package with the product! When people order products, they want them to be complete! A very poor decision by the company not to complete the product!

Poor return assistance policies organization

There was nothing wrong with the part, it was simply too large for the application. The problem started when I tried to return it. In contacting Iboats they tell me they will call me back in a couple days with the RMA code. It was 5 days later before that happened. Then even after TYPING THE RMA code on the address label and attaching it to the box, and WRITING the RMA code on the side with a Black Sharpie, they send me an email ON SEPT. 14 saying it had not been received, when they had received it on SEPT. 10 https://www.usps.com/ 03110820000016295185 Priority Mail® Delivered September 10, 2012, 8:03 am TULLOS, LA 71479
